Cancellation

We accept order cancellation requests before the product has been shipped or production has begun.

If your cancellation request is accepted, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns
One-of-a-Kind Pieces — Final Sale

Each of our pieces is individually handcrafted and one of a kind. Due to the unique nature of our craftsmanship, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or simply because you no longer wish to keep the item.

We do not offer a 7-day or 14-day unconditional return period.

Natural variations in color, texture, lacquer flow, firing marks, patina, carving, and other handcrafted details are considered part of the character and uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

All one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale, except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: changan021@outlook.com

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
Any other relevant information that may help us assess the issue

If the item is confirmed to have been damaged during delivery, defective, or incorrectly sent due to our error, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

In such cases, you will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please do not send any item back without contacting our customer service first. We will provide the appropriate return instructions if a return is required.

Handcrafted & Natural Variations

Our products are individually handcrafted by artisans rather than mass-produced.

Because of this, no two pieces are exactly alike. Differences in lacquer texture, color, brushwork, patina, carving, firing marks, grain, surface details, and other subtle characteristics are natural and intentional.

These variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects or grounds for return.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and appreciate the individual character and natural variations of handcrafted products.

Refunds

If your return is approved due to an eligible issue such as damage, defect, or an incorrect item, we will notify you once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been approved for a refund but have not received it yet, please:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
Contact your bank if necessary.
